Sand Dollar Real Estate opened it's first office in Beach Haven in 1983 with a goal:

TO BE THE MOST SUCCESSFUL REAL ESTATE COMPANY ON L.B.I.

This, however, did not mean the largest in staff, the largest in dollar volume or the largest in units sold.  By being the "Most Successful" it meant having the highest degree of Integrity, Market Knowledge, Professionalism, Commitment and Responsibility. In 1987, there were approximately 64 real estate offices on LBI.  From among those companies, Coldwell Banker - an internationally respected leader in real estate- chose Sand Dollar Real Estate to be their exclusive affiliate here on LBI.

In 1992, Coldwell Banker Sand Dollar Real Estate opened it's second office in Harvey Cedars.  Today, the company services all of Long Beach Island and the surrounding Mainland of Manahawkin.
