Hansen Realty has merged into Coldwell Banker Sand Dollar Real Estate and they have built a strong presence in the LBI rental market. We've also seen that the internet has opened new doors making the rental operation more efficient for us, the rental homeowner and for prospective tenants. Additionally, the vacation market has matured with the development of in-depth rental management packages and add-on services for homeowner and vacationer. All of this made re-entry into the summer rental market the right decision.

As we launch the exclusive Coldwell Banker Previews Marketing Program for upper tier sale properties, we recognized this would be the perfect time to offer the same kind of program for LBI summer rentals.
